I purchased this directly from Disney Store so it's a 1 owner bag. This bag is in pre-loved condition. I literally only used it a few times. There was damage on the side of the bag where the strap attaches to the bag. It's been fixed but please see all pics for exact condition of the bag. The bag overall is in excellent condition inside and out and the placement is absolutely perfect.
